..and I somehow inspired a new friend of mine (an executive pastry chef ) enough to create the "Carmen" cake, which sold very well today. YAY!
The Carmen cake has some kind of chocolate crumble base, cream cheese center and chocolate icing on top with those cute little marbled hearts! 'drool
Man, that is so awesome! Not *just* having something named in your honor, but something that looks that fabulous to boot!
