As I was bumbling around Walgreens the other night, I stumbled across these cool little "Splash Pencil Cases" that I have adopted to hold my crochet hooks, double pointed needles, stitch markers and various other sundries. I'm obsessed with these things. I bought every last one they had and the thought of going to every Walgreens in town to get more has crossed my mind lately. Then, I had the novel idea of making my own circular & double pointed needle storage notebook using the store bought case as a template. I found some 20 gauge clear vinyl and snaps at Joanns that I plan to use for the prototype cases. Of course, I had to buy the pink calculator pencil case, too.
